Wine and Dine with our Valentine’s Special
Valentine’s Day is one of our favorite holidays at Pastini. What better day to celebrate the greatest love story of all time, pasta and wine? This year we’ve created a delightful pasta dish and played matchmaker, pairing it with two of our favorite wines.
This Valentine’s, we invite you to enjoy hand-crafted tortellini filled with fresh ricotta and parmesan in an elegant sun-dried tomato cream sauce with sautéed shrimp. We suggest starting your meal with Lunetta Prosecco, a crisp Italian sparkler, and finishing with the stylish Villa Antinori Toscana, a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah from Antinori’s historic vineyard in Tuscany.
No Pastini dish would be complete without a local flair. These artisan tortellini are crafted by Portland’s own Classic Foods, using only the best ingredients including cage-free eggs, pure semolina flour and filtered water. They put as much love into their pasta as we do our dishes and that’s really saying something!
Our Valentine’s menu will be available from Friday, February 10th through February 14th, giving you plenty of time to share some pasta with a special someone.
